There are times when you really want to commit, but your body is asking for something different.

What do you really do when your commitment to work conflicts with what your body is asking for?

You might have gone through a similar experience. For me, this was the reason why I have not posted any letters and updates for quite a while. I over-exerted and burned out.

Often, the over-exertion is not realised until the body shows it. So I had to pause, and I am glad I did. This period made it clear that listening to the body is not the same as giving up on responsibility.

When the body is giving a signal to pause or stop, commitment has to shift from producing, giving, and accommodating, to: protecting, retreating, and recalibrating.

This doesn't mean choosing to be lazy or being avoidant. I didn’t break my commitment to healing and clearing work during this time. The only thing I changed was how commitment needed to look. Thus all the healing work still continued quietly in the background, while I paused writing and posting on social media.

I am now still pausing. But this time, I’m choosing to share a little of my spaces with others, rather than doing everything quietly on my own.

So I won't be disappearing entirely. I have opened up parts of my own personal practice and space, and invited those who feel aligned to learn or practise alongside me.

These are not new “programmes” created to sell. These are sessions that already exist as part of my own journey, and shared to provide support while I continue with my deep work. Some of these are free, and some are paid.

If you would like to join me and my few companions in this journey, here are some of the spaces I’m opening for this year:

1. Deep Talk

I’ll be setting aside one Saturday night each month to share teachings that have been life-changing for me, and that have helped many people heal not just physically and emotionally, but also spiritually. This is part of my own reflection and integration process, and I’m opening it up to those who want to learn alongside me. 
The first class will be held this coming Saturday (31 Jan 2026) at 8.30 pm (SGT).

2. Support and training

I’ll also be putting aside a monthly practice session to practice building mental focus and resilience, as well as dissecting stressful or looping thoughts to achieve clarity. This includes practices similar to meditation, but with a purpose of learning to rise above the thinking or “monkey” mind. 

3. Giving and contribution

As part of my ongoing personal and charity work, I will be sharing one of my sitting sessions, where I focus on sending pure intention for the world, using collective coherence to support healing and purification for the Earth.

1-to-1 Deep Energy Clearing work

As well, because of this, I will no longer be able to take on a large number of 1-to-1 clearing sessions. Moving forward, all clearing work will be by application first, so I can check alignment and my capacity properly before proceeding. (I will be posting further updates on this on my Telegram)

If you are currently going through clearing sessions with me, your follow up clearings will not be affected.

But I do have most, if not all of you - my subscribers, clients and friends - in my mind and heart and I wish you and your loved ones, a better health and a more peaceful life throughout this year and beyond. :)

And remember to always listen to your body first, not your own desires or the demands of others. You don't have to always give up your commitments, but you can always choose to modify and change the way you commit. Health first, and always.
